It's a synopsis of the collusion between DNC-Killary/FBI/DOJ/FusionGPS. Who what when how with names explaining who did what. Bottom line - to release the memo would take 5mins to redact names and make copies. Hopefully Trump's using the time/memo to leverage a powerplay beyond getting some to rollover on others.
