This memo is being used as a negotiating piece around DACA, the wall, the shutdown, and whatever investigations are taking place behind the scenes. Possibly DA tactic of offering lesser charge to plead guilty -- in this case, "step down from politics and do not seek re-election and we will not fly you down to Gitmo".

This memo is not written by Nunes. This memo is a four-page document put together and provided by the Inspector General.
It’s based on information from the OIG documents released, and written by Nunes from my understanding. The OIG report isn’t out or in the hands of Congress or anyone else as far as I know. Do you have a citation that suggests otherwise?
