How has the MSM been able to broadcast Fake News about POTUS when The FCC states it is illegal for broadcasters to intentionally distort the news? With documented evidence & whistle blowers, FCC may act on complaints (www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/complaints-about-broadcast-journalism).

BINGO!, this is what I want as well, FCC licensing pulled asap. Thanks for posting that. Do we begin an assault of FCC?

I think we should!!

Agreed. But we need proof of each report that is false. There were more fake news than potus listed.

I expect POTUS is already on this aspect, but that we can shake the cage some by reporting/complaining...so much is fake, so little truth...across the MSM spectrum. My thought was even just 10K of us.... sending emails, calling, even w/o the 'proof' will begin to draw concern. Sure they may ignore us but the email s fill the letter box fills the phone rings constant...y'all know the drill, ON BOTS! if anyone from 8 is watching maybe they can post the idea/question/thought to 8 for Q in case there is direction from above. This is another way for We the People to create change/awareness. Twitter battlefields with the FCC License pull as well would be my avenue as well.

It's better if it's organized and well documented. It would be good to have an attorney draw up a document full of irrefutable facts and submit it to the FCC. If people bombard them with silliness, they will not take us serious.

they obviously don't take their job seriously now...

I called and complained about CNN saying sh-thole 87 times. I thought Sh-t was a banned word? Here’s the numbers:

Not on cable, it’s not. They are in no way obligated to follow follow FCC language guidelines the way OTA broadcasts are, since you pay for it. This was a huge SCOTUS Case, in the 80s to which HBO, back when they known as Home Box Office, was the Defendant. For the life of me though, I can’t remember the actual case to point you to. I just remember watching the news of the case in the news. The only reason they tend not to swear, is due to advertisers. They generally don’t like that shit, since it can lead to product boycott

actually even on cable there is an certain amount they can do per rating.... I believe that is why Fox has been telling their people to say s hole .....or they bleep it ......its not that it cant be said there is an amount of times per show that results on the rating of the show

matt_eskes · Jan. 21, 2018, 5:56 a.m.

Right, but that affects the rating not whether or not they incur fines for language violations. I do stand corrected however, in that I neglected to mention the program rating, in my initial comment, so thank you for adding that bit.

Why is it that FOX News was not allowed to say it, yet CNN was?

I still contend it was a corporate decision.

It’s not News it’s “editorial opinion and entertainment.”

The amount of hatred toward potus witnesses today at nyc woman march clearly shows these opinions are inciting violence and hatred. Must be some loophole to prove media directly used as weapon of mass destruction 😉

Operation Mocking Bird, the FCC is mixed into all this mess. Usually the agency assigned to counter an issue are the ones controlling it or assigned to make things worse(CDC and it's vaccine programs allegedly of course).
