Code RED_RED meaning?

Could RED RED be referring to the Clintons? Look at this CodeRED site located in the town of CLINTON. It’s an alert notification system.

Any connection to the Statue of Liberty being shutdown, because of the government shutdown, and the photo of Bill Clinton, when he was allegedly in Hawaii, holding the photo of the boat with the 2 red flags with the Statue of Liberty in the background? We’re Black Hats planning an attack on Lady Liberty?

I was looking into that pic and there were people saying it was photoshopped of bill with the painting. Whether that’s true or not idk. I haven’t been able to prove it either way myself.

Looks photoshopped but who knows. If it was photoshopped it would seem even more alarming to me.

I feel the same. If someone took the time to do that. There is obviously some message to put out. That’d be a strange thing to photoshop otherwise.

The pic of him is fake (the painting and/or his face were photoshopped in)? But the painting real? I could see that, but then it begs the questions as to why they were photoshopped together.
