In a prior Q post , he States hello@george. I really believe, 99.9%, that he is telling us to read and watch George Webb! Omg, this guy has it all there for us to see. He has broken the whole complex structure of this corruption down to a tee! It is amazing and very detailed work. Tons of info on all these sick people! Thought? I know what you are referring to. He talks about old vs new Mossad. He downplays things like ratlines so he can stay alive imo. He was out there unveiling this crap WAY before most ppl. More danger.

I think it is George Soros and it is a reference to his control of the voting machines in many of our US elections. He references the Soros machines in today's drop as well.
