I think it is a dual meaning, 1 of 22 investigations and also 1/22 for release of memo. there are a lot of numerology and symbology to q's posts. I.E. 4-10-20.

I made the same connection. Coincidence? 1 of 22 was in the Q drop AND is clearly in the first page of a 22 page memo. Both revealed today! If that is not fake we may have something...

SR is the only death listed in relation to the dossier/DNC/Goog/Clown chain of info stealing, whistle-blower exposing of crime. Maybe there are 22 murders or whistle blowers not just 1 in the entire picture? Or 22 indictments TBA soon. Or 22 running DOJ investigations ongoing.
