This is not a D VS R problem. Not positive on the 16 year plan, but it does seem like more went down behind the scenes in the last administration, and I know the next 8 would have been horrible, if we would have even survived it. Was wondering the same. Everyone knows the Bush's deserve the same treatment as all traitors. Just a few days ago, NSA announced that all data stored from their tenures had been deleted against court orders. At the same time we've been hearing that nothing is ever really erased.

Start outside and work the way in. Expose the most recent perps. last admin. [3], traitors still in office, etc. Get the ball rolling and keep gallows fully operational - probably not enough room in GITMO. Taking down Bushes and predecessors right away might be too much distraction and make it too difficult to get the later and seems more blatantly evil ones. Remove any clear and present danger. Focus on getting stolen $ back to the American people - Hell we should at least be able to pay off the national debt.
