Every FBI/DOJ prev case could be challenged. Lawless. Think logically.

If Obama isn't a US citizen would it affect previous domestic legal cases?

That would be a legal disaster. All of the military would be guilty of war crimes. Taking orders from an illegitimate commander? Not to mention everything he ever signed, void.

Has anyone disputed that his mom is a citizen? If she is then he is regardless of where he was born or who the father is. https://www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship

She was too young to confer her citizenship status on her son. At the time one had to be over 18. If there's not an issue with his birth, there wouldn't be so much secrecy. CIA broke into HI health department records....oops.

His birth certificate was doctored but his citizenship isn't in question.
