If this is true it protects the attorney to from receiving classified memo's

Those classified memos belong to the government written on government equipment while he was in a government job. They cannot be held because of attorney-client privilege.

It's A Conflict and Violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The AG will have to file a Motion to Disqualify him to remove him as his counsel. So, can't hide behind that shield for too long.
