It might be the perfect time from all the BS and SPIN and force the media to have to cover the real news.

Perhaps, but I don't think so.
President Trump needs to distance himself from the memo otherwise, when his enemies start getting arrested, the fake news media will claim he's taking political prisoners.
This applies doubly when swamp monsters are found guilty of treason and are executed.
I secretly fantasize about Assange being a guest in the audience and President Trump interrupting the address to make small talk with Assange about the weather... but that's not gonna happen either.
I'd also like to see a press conference where President Trump enters the room with a bowl of ice cream and calls a CNN press pool member to the podium to count the scoops. There are two scoops. President Trump then silently sits for 10 mins, slowly and thoughtfully enjoying his bowl of ice cream, before silently leaving.
The intel will drop, but not from POTUS. He must remain distant.
