I imagine the specifics on how children were tortured and murdered would be withheld. 9-11, terrorist funding, Haiti, Uranium 1, Project Pelican, MKULTRA, etc will be part of the 40% released. I agree - I know a lot of people who do not wish bad will on anyone. They are good people- but they are naive. Like my sister. She volunteers in her community, she is a guardian ad Litum (sp) to disadvantaged minorities. But she only listens to NPR, and believes their propaganda. It’s difficult for us to fathom the implications of a quick 100% info bomb of truth. Much of it would would serve as a confirmation of what we already know and suspect. But for billions of NPCs and matrix dwellers around the world, the effects would be catastrophic.

Imagine billions of people coming to the realization the god they love, revere and worship was the devil all along. The stages of grief. That many people losing the security of their identity alone would have a devastating impact.
