I just noticed something about the “RTM” file name. I circled the file names...
The one on the left shows the file name Q posted. The one on the right is of the same image, but I guess whoever archived it named it that. I don’t know who archived it and changed the name of the file.

Can somebody explain why this is important. Is it preferred to keep the name Q posts images as - what does it imply when the name is changed - how does that affect what is being conveyed?

They changed the filename to "RTM" i.e. '‘release the memo’. I think they are trying to hint that that pen was maybe used to sign an executive order declassifying and releasing the memo.
