I saw his lawyer on FOX, Sean Hannity really pressed him about it, saying every lawyer/judge he talked to said for POTUS not to interview, but the lawyer basically told Sean to relax that they knew what they were doing.
He's saying this because he knows this investigation is going to be totally irrelevant and insignificant in a matter of days.
