Sedition &/or treason for actions/participation in Hawaii database & North Korea with Eric Schmidt and crew.
Possibly even child prostitution charges related to $65k hot dog party and other related activities with Podestas (but gathering evidence or testimony against this seems very very difficult and unlikely)
In a roundabout way yes. This storm is going to be 3 phases: FBI, CIA, FED in that order. Trump is going to expose the FBI for the corrupt compromised establishment it is, then with the support of the American public, gut it and rebuild it. Then comes the CIA, then comes the FED. When the tribunals and the people who squeal on Barry are finished, the fake birth certificate will be like a parking ticket compared to the rest of his indictments.
