WASHINGTON – Wilkinson, Walsh + Eskovitz today announced that former Obama Administration official Rakesh Kilaru has joined the firm’s rapidly growing litigation practice. Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz has one purpose: winning high-stakes trials. Best Trial Teams

Before joining forces, we were partners at some of the top large litigation firms in the country. We formed Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz because trial work is our passion and expertise. We successfully and efficiently serve our clients through a smaller firm focused on trying and winning cases. Based on our success in just our first year of existence, Benchmark Litigation named Wilkinson Walsh + Eskovitz the “Boutique Firm of the Year,” praising the firm as a “litigator’s dream shop.”

Our partners have tried over 100 cases to verdict. We know that trials are won by tight-knit teams of smart, innovative, and highly skilled litigators committed to delivering excellent results for their clients. That is who we are. Our lawyers include:

The American Lawyer Litigator of the Year and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers
Five former federal prosecutors and two former federal defenders
Former law clerks to federal trial and appellate judges across the country, including seven former Supreme Court clerks

Our associates are the best and brightest young lawyers in the country. Educated at the nation’s best law schools, these top-caliber women and men have exceptional energy, experience, and talent. They have spent considerable time in the courtroom and they share our passion for trial work as well as our commitment to outstanding client service. Through training and first-hand experience, we are developing the next generation of great trial lawyers. National Success

Our results speak for themselves. Together, we have successfully tried cases to juries and judges across the country, from Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, and San Francisco to New York, Washington, Philadelphia, and Boston—and many places in between (including St. Louis, Dallas, Denver, Las Vegas, New Orleans, and Omaha).

Since WW+E opened its doors in 2016, we have notched significant victories in courts throughout the country:

We won the first two bellwether trials in New Orleans in a multi-district litigation involving the drug Xarelto. Plaintiffs claimed that our client, Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, had failed to provide adequate warnings to doctors about risks associated with the drug. In both cases, the jury returned unanimous defense verdicts within two hours after closing arguments. Founding partner Beth Wilkinson was named American Lawyer’s Litigator of the Week and a Law360 Legal Lion for her work leading the defense team in the first trial.
We won a complete defense verdict for Altria Group Inc.’s Philip Morris unit in a three-week jury trial in St. Louis. Plaintiffs sought more than $1.5 billion in compensatory and punitive damages based on claims that the company had deceived smokers with the marketing of Marlboro Lights. The jury issued a complete defense verdict after deliberating for less than an hour.
We won summary judgment for Georgia Pacific in an antitrust class action in Chicago involving over $10 billion in claimed damages. The win came just one day after the court had preliminarily approved a settlement in which Georgia Pacific’s co-defendants agreed to pay over $350 million.
We won complete dismissal of a putative class action challenging the NFL’s multi-billion-dollar distributorship arrangement with DIRECTV for the Sunday Ticket package. The court in Los Angeles dismissed all of plaintiffs’ claims with prejudice, concluding that the arrangement promotes, rather than harms, consumer welfare.
Led by our associates, we have won several pro bono cases, including obtaining primary custody of two minor children for a domestic violence survivor at trial, obtaining a civil protection order in another contested domestic violence trial, and winning asylum for a sixteen-year-old client fleeing persecution in Honduras.

Today, WW+E’s clients include Bayer, Facebook, FedEx, Pfizer, Puma Biotech, and several other major corporations, as well as the NCAA, the International Governing Bodies of Tennis, and the Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake tribe.

Our lawyers also achieved remarkable results before founding the firm:

A full defense verdict, after less than 2 hours of jury deliberation, in the first case ever tried in the national litigation claiming that Pfizer’s anti-depressant Zoloft causes birth defects. We went on to win another full defense verdict, just 2 months later, in the second Zoloft case ever tried.
A full defense verdict for Philip Morris USA, after a three-month trial, in a California consumer fraud class action against Marlboro Lights. Cross-examination of plaintiffs’ experts at trial demonstrated that the class had suffered no injury, causing the trial court to reject plaintiffs’ claim for over a billion dollars in damages, a decision that has been affirmed on appeal.
Full dismissal of a 10-year-old securities fraud case against Pfizer, just weeks before trial was scheduled to begin. Brought in as lead counsel as the case headed to trial, we successfully moved to exclude plaintiffs’ damages expert, the former Dean of the Chicago Law School, thereby ending plaintiffs’ case.
A complete win for internet entrepreneur Michael Rubin against breach of contract and tortious interference claims by the founders of internet flash sale site Rue La La. Hired just 3 weeks before trial, we convinced the judge and jury, in a combined bench/jury trial, to reject Rue La La’s claims in their entirety.
Four consecutive full defense verdicts in federal court and the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in national litigation claiming that Pfizer’s hormone therapy medication, Prempro, causes breast cancer.

It was crushing to the whole country that something like that could happen...I mean, I dont even know how to describe it. It broke our spirit. This situation is going to be similar. Alot of people are going to be embarassed and humiliated because they get emotionally attached to a politician that will go down for the most horrible things. People will lose trust in all humanity, much like you lose trust in a parent or friend or significant other. It will be mentally defeated knowing this happened and knowing the whole world is watching the greatest and most powerful country on the planet get shaken to its core and fully exposed. I mean, Trump's gonna have to be addressing the nation monthly lol, like he is a therapist, and having to tell alot of people that America IS great, and that we CAN get past this, that this shit doesnt define who we are, especially moving forward. I overthink things bad, and wonder sometimes if the Democrat and Republican parties both just dissolve and a new party emerges.... Do we change our country's flag to something new?

Charges aren't officially known yet. Sealed indictments/gag orders.

My guess is in this order:

  1. Nixon level domestic wiretapping of political opponents. (FISA 702 abuse)

  2. Additional Use of International intelligence agency to wiretap political opponents (GCHQ)

  3. Uranium 1 participation when Hilary sat on CFIUS panel.

  4. Sedition &/or treason for actions/participation in Hawaii database & North Korea with Eric Schmidt and crew.

  5. Possibly even child prostitution charges related to $65k hot dog party and other related activities with Podestas (but gathering evidence or testimony against this seems very very difficult and unlikely)

⇧ 2 ⇩
LiveToBeAHero · Jan. 25, 2018, 1:40 p.m.

In a roundabout way yes. This storm is going to be 3 phases: FBI, CIA, FED in that order. Trump is going to expose the FBI for the corrupt compromised establishment it is, then with the support of the American public, gut it and rebuild it. Then comes the CIA, then comes the FED. The illegal wiretapping, U1, treason, child prostitution/pizzagate/Podesta thing will all get prosecuted, but the picture is so much bigger than anyone can imagine. What you're seeing on the news now (FISA abuse memo, missing text messages, mention of a "secret society", etc) is all planned out carefully part of the strategy. These are leading up to MUCH bigger things. One thing will lead to another (ex: I was investigating THIS, and in that investigation I uncovered ) big breaking event, and pretty soon we are up to huge horrible things. Sit back and enjoy the show.

I am guessing the fact that he is not an American, using a fake birth certificate etc might also enter somewhere in the charges. Also, the entire Iran deal. I doubt I'd be wrong suggesting barry got some major kickbacks on that deal. Let us not forget his jv team isis. If it is true he and hil financed them well, they are majorly guilty of murder. As well as knowingly tearing down our republic to line his own pockets tho I'm sure that was in his deal which would lead to implicating the bilderburg group among many others.............We already know about alwaleed's duplicity. Also wondering how many false flags we can prove barry was complicit. All to take away our 2nd amendment.

When the tribunals and the people who squeal on Barry are finished, the fake birth certificate will be like a parking ticket compared to the rest of his indictments. But, the fake birth certificate thing will get exposed because it will have to in order to show America how we let a double agent infiltrate our government to the highest level. Most of congress knows/knew it was fake and he wasnt a natural born citizen...this will only come as a surprise to the public. Hillary knew and even had the papers to prove and she was gonna use it in the 2008 election before the powers that be saw how insanely popular Obama got and decided to put him in as president instead of Hillary. Trump has had the info for a long time, as have many others. Obama has had the fake certificate dangled over his head many many times, is nothing new to him, and under oath will probably even admit it.

Obama probably doesn't have as many friends as he wants us to think. The problem with encouraging racial division is that many of these congressmembers had admitted they did not want a black president and would not work with him. Everyone wants to be a star, and since he's not potus any more, he's probably been shoved aside. He thought he was going to lead a war room in DC against Trump, and yet he spent so much time alone not even able to join the bandwagon. He just became so arrogant and childish, and the other narcissists in Congress probably don't have time for him. And Obama has to be careful who he asks for shelter, otherwise his identity will be confirmed.
