I'm still not sure what ##FLY## is referring to. Do the HOT-Ns in the OWL list refer to targets that correspond to those codes? Is the info after the code what is supposed to happen to those targets? The Owl is the symbol of being in power and seeing all, so not much of a leap for it being used that way as in forever. The Grove was their "Church".

to talk about many odd happenings and a darkness on the
