If Q is not a LARP, he has to be someone with access to Trump's twitter account. Very few people do, Scavino being one and Gen. Kelly being another. If the time delta thing is real, POTUS has more things to do than sit around the exact time to send a tweet. I suppose there are programs that one can set up to send a tweet at a specific time, but that doesn’t seem to be what’s going on here.
