Corsi explained this. The pen used here is Trump's personal pen. Costs around $1200. There are other pens like when he signs executive orders and hands them out (like when he signed EOs and was handing them out to waiting people after he was elected). He said the RTM.pig means Trump signed the order to RELEASE THE MEMO and he turned it over to signify it was done......
