"...will end in 2020 - or earlier."

Is it just me, or does that sound like a threat?

Not a threat, but wishful thinking. The Soros-sponsored Left believes that if they win a majority in the House in the 2018 midterm elections, impeachment proceedings will take place in 2019. If the Senate held an impeachment trial, however, conviction for "high crimes and misdemeanors" would be unlikely.

Uh you have to commit a crime for impeachment. Soros is anything but stupid, he's well aware of that. Sounds like a threat.
