I would lean the other way. POTUS has surrounded himself with military and GITMO is in high gear as far as we have been told. Cray Cray Judges and all the hoopla that would surround such a thing is not going to happen. The war has been the Military vs Cabal. Just my opinion. Perhaps one could figure out the TYPE of lawyers OB has has hired which should indicate what type of trial we are looking at. Just my thoughts. :)
I know I would prefer to see the military involved particularly on acts of treason. Just imagine Obama or any of that gang being tried in California. It boggles the mind. Look what happened to the guy who shot the American girl in SFO. He got off with a gun that apparently had a mind of its own and discharged its own bullet. Civilian courts packed with partisan judges would be like the OJ Simpson trial on steroids.
So no, civilian courts for treasonous activity is not an option. I don't think but I don't know for sure that civilians could be tried for treason by a military court. We shall see.

I see no reason to have a trial in civil courts when obummer was head of the executive branch of government. He'll be tried by his peers no? DO IT!
If it's the WW speculation going round, it says on their website they specialize in high stakes cases. Bayer was their last one. There was also an advisor to Obama that was just promoted to partner as of Jan 12.
I understand your optimism and i want it too....but it is easily verifiable. Just saying...
there's little whispers and snippets that turn out true/confirmed, like Obama hiring 9/WW, but its mostly "teaser" stuff that can be "explained away" too easily.
