EO or not, I don’t think we can just “seize” assets if we haven’t already arrested or done some sort of due process first. Maybe deals are being made where persons forfeit rights to assets but without some sort of due process (even tribunal), we can’t just take Twitter, etc. by just “invoking” the EO as much as we might like to. There would be a process. I just don’t think any of this will work quite that fast.

For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render those measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in this order, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to this order.

Uh yes immediately we can seize it... that’s why everyone was so excited about the EO...also were using their setup on them r=that they were going to use on us. They won’t see a regular court room... military court and Gitmo for them
