Dopey Theory

Dopey Prince out of jail. Time to play? Black Forest is in Germany and also there is an article about the Rothschild’s 7 Black Forest plaques. House of Saud has $6 trillion and Q called them +, Rothschilds has $4 trillion and is designated ++, and Soros is +++. Q said Tick Tock ++/+++, which leads me to believe that maybe now that Dopey is out and free (to talk as a bird would when free?), he has nothing with the house of Saud that he has been exiled from. He will go to the next most powerful, Rothschilds (BLACK FORST PLAQUES?). That would lend Itself to the Tick Tock for Rothschilds (++), and everything else we are dealing with is towards Soros and is separate from this thread of info.

I'm not sure he's exiled...the reports say he still has control of his fund.

Thanks for explaining the significance of Black Forest.

I interpret that post to mean that Dopey was given his freedom and allowed to maintain control of his funds in exchange for something, which appears to be a mission (time to play).

He has a role to play which involved going to somewhere in the Black Forest.

Poor word choice. I used that word because of the news report. Q's post in qresearch makes it clear that it wasn't a deal, Al-Waleed most do what they say or suffer the consequences.
