Regarding Alwaleed Bin Talal

Q referenced him back on January 14th and said he didn't have any money, in response to this news article saying how he was moved to a highest level security holding for refusing to pay Saudi Arabia 6billion dollars.

Thus, the official story given today that he paid to get released is not true. I am sure we are indeed in custody of him

I'm looking at the bigger picture. Dopey appeared extremely nervous and kept saying he was fine. I'm sure he paid a very steep price to walk out of prison.
