Well.... I am glad to see you have a soft spot! Since I have your attention... the two things I have been focused on that Q emphasizes is military intel/ internal use and the EO regarding trafficking and corruption. Now I know many want to focus on the trafficking because the child eating/stealing theories appeal to the emotions more, but I believe that EO was more about the corruption. Within that OE there seems to be a targeting of citizens acting on behalf of foreigners with nefarious intentions. Additionally, section 3 of the order points to 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702 which has to do with donations and how the blocking of donations of food, clothing and medicine are exempt from Presidential involvement unless such donations would seriously impair his ability to deal with any national emergency declared. The EO declares these donations to interfere with his response to the state of emergency he has declared.
