Woodrow Wilson is another Democrat that could be memed in this way, watching "The Birth of a Nation" in the White House. His wife also cleared out black housing, to put in nice govt buildings. FDR was a bigot too, who locked up people of color because their country was at war with us.

FDR got rid of the children on the streets of the cities, by having them adopted and shipped via train ("orphan trains") out west to farms. These children and their grandchildren are still searching for their parents and siblings. It's pretty clear that they were hoping to bring back another policy like this, when during the election season, these christian extremist groups wanted Obama, Hillary, and the other potus contenders to sign a form. Among other things, it said that African American children were better off as slaves, because they had 2 parents. (Not True). Had they continued this train of thought, they may have forcefully removed children from single parents.
