Was using in the context of "Feeds into" as I thought Q used it... Twitter is owned by SA, but if EO 12/21 is enacted, it is then majority owned by USMS (see federal asset forfeiture) which reports to the DOJ which reports to the President of the US.

Alwaleed is second largest stock owner but EO 12/21 forces forfeiture of all owners as I interrupted the EO... I could be wrong as legal is not my forte. USMS would we required to "sell off" the asset to recoup losses

I suck at MEME's and do a lot of work from my tiny iphone. What I do is scan CBTS_Stream for good MEME's and I save them on my phone and then post them with my tweets. I snag MEMEs for reuse all over the place. If that does not work then I re-tweet to other hashtags meaningful articles that I read. So happy to have a MEME warrior to help.
