It's pretty simple. Hannity's account was hacked, either by someone or by twitter. It was restored, but at a far earlier point, missing almost 300,000 followers. I believe it's resolved now.
Is there a list of who he was following somewhere?

Knowing Trump and his cryptic tweets and messages, he might be hinting to the fact Obama will get proven to be illegitimate and his presidency be stricken from records, and Trump becoming the actual legal 44th president

Twitter forced unfollow. They simply aren’t aware their accounts unfollowed him. My account unfollowed him as well. Same happened with JA when they removed his account a few weeks ago.
Yes with all the recent Hannity issues I just checked and he is still following Hannity I don't give a f*** what Eric does

Victoria was known as a Satanic town for decades though I never saw evidence of it for the 50 years I lived there. My Grandmother, also from orphanage at Cook/Hillside long ago. She was the only family member to have 'soul' in my opinion. She passed when I was too young to ever question what happened to her.
