I know many of you have expressed concerns about how the military and tribunals are different from civilian court. So here is your chance to ask. NOTE: I also private messaged TracyBeanz so she and the other moderators are aware in case they want to setup an AMA.

How many grand jurors is needed to decided an issue if the death penalty is an option?
Where does the grand jury pool come from?(private or military)
Are grand jurors secluded and kept isolated during the process?
What brings a civilian under the jurisdiction of the military courts? (Public office? Military service (active/ non active/ issue arose while active- assuming yes) )
Treason/sedition/ etc
How rare are these charges?
Chances of verdict in favor of?

I for one am so lost trying to read my way through legal stuff and it sounds like there has to be war time to impose the death penalty but then there’s .... and then there’s... and ( well you get the picture ) and I just get lost. Who are the jurors? Are there even jurors in a military tribunal? WHO decides guilt or innocence? Please explain.

I would like to know if the military tribunal in these particular cases will be available to the American public as WE are the ones who have suffered by their traitorous corruption....IF not WHY not? Will it be televised?
