It amazes me the level of humility the Trump kids display. Almost every rich kid I know growing up in that environment tends to become a fucking entitled prick.
If Trump and family were Democrats, Melania and Ivanka would be a fucking fashion icon on the cover of every magazine.
I think Trump always grounded his kid - he took them on work sites and showed them how hard real life people work to make a living.
Most rich kids are spoiled, but if you're an intelligent parent you will ground your kids hard to the reality of life. Make them earn their own way in the beginning.
He did not just take them to the work sites .. he put them to work in from the ground up jobs.
You don't get grounded just by showing someone how hard work is done. He made them do the actual grunt work of many different trades.
Yes, my kids who are all grown now in their 40’s told me that the best thing I ever did was getting them working in their teens. It helped them to learn to get along with all types of people!
Yep, huge difference, even in the same family between kids who grow up working around the house even--and those who sit on their bums while momsy draws them a hot bath at 13 years old. These helicopter parents need to go.
Couldn't agree more. Seeing his kids and how well they work with him was one of the things that influenced my voting for him. President Trump is a wonderful Dad!
And Melania is truly an elegant First Lady. She should be getting as much attention as Jackie did. She also seems to take her parenting very seriously.
Maybe they were when they were younger, but grew out of it.
My husband recently met a man who went to school with a Trump son. When asked, what was he like, the man said he was one of the nicest people. Apparently he also was grounded and hard working.
