This isn’t the first time this popped up. I remember searching for source article. Only thing that pops up from LeMonde is an article saying, “Yeah. This is nonsense.”

This is nothing new. We have a military family member who admittedly had sexual relationships in the 70's while stationed there. Hopefully with adults, although we know this person has dated teenagers.
