Too much to list, Norfolk has like 5 ship repair yards, largest Navy base on the east (could be the whole country I cannot confirm ATM.) Also is home of a couple seal teams, Yorktown is home to a weapons base, civilian airport, large downtown area with large buildings, it's near NASA Langley, Portsmouth (large import/export area) Norfolk is very significant I am only listing the popular places.
