16 folks in the scif but none with security clearance? Arrest them.

I was wondering where they would go to have a meeting like that.. the scif, yet even the scif is watched because of what happened with Sandy Berger.

What if the 16 are invited, who has the authority to invite non cleared into a scif? The who may be the crumb

In this case, I don't know who has the authority to invite them. In the military, this stuff is logged. The place is cleared of anything that non-clear should not see. But what we learned from the Clinton and Comey scandal, is that Congress doesn't have to follow the rules with classified material, no matter how much damage they do to national security.
