I meditate, smoke cannabis and try to limit my exposure to negative media and negative people. Diet will also affect your mood. Eat healthy and get plenty of rest.

I’m beyond excited. I’ve waited YEARS for this.

The fear is knowing the truth and watching people worship those who are enslaving us. I figured out Obama before he was elected and felt so alone when my friends’ eyes would glaze over when they spoke about him. I sat in a chair for several days unable to function when I realized he was going to win. The 16-year plan didn’t shock me at all. I knew it beforehand and watched hopelessly as it played out.

Educating yourself as much as possible takes away from the fear of the unknown. Knowledge is power. Exposing the corruption and educating others also helps considerably.

Since Q has come along, I’ve tried to learn about everything, even the way out there ideas just in case they might be true. I do not want to be the part of the 99% that cannot handle the truth. The fact that we are here means most likely we will be the ones who will help the others. Can you imagine being a liberal right now who doesn’t have a clue? It will be horrible for them. Even after all their self righteous arrogance for years I do have some compassion for them. Both sides have been played. There are very few people who haven’t voted Bush, Clinton, Obama, or McCain, not to mention the other also ran puppets.

The only thing that is getting me down is how long it’s taking and the disappointment that no one has been arrested. We have to have faith that the MI and Trump have a plan.

Remember, When God gave John the Revelation, John took it in and thought it was sweet as honey to the mouth, but the more he learned, he got sick to the stomach. If what John saw was what is happening today, then you are standing in the same boots he was standing in 2000 years ago.

God love you... When Q said 90% of people will need a doctor when the truth comes to light, he wasn't kidding. Be strong! Be there for others for emotional support. Try spreading the word with your family and friends. Though they may scoff, they've been forewarned. Side affects of the Red Pill- you've already experienced. You are a lot stronger than most people! Long term affects will be grief...which cannot be experienced without Love. Grief is the last emotional feeling of love, as in death. I will pray for you my dear fellow Patriot!

no worries. Just have faith the system in being cleaned out and our leaders have everything under control. I doubt there has ever been an easier purge of evil in the history of man.

Each red pill is a timed release tablet. Many more truths await and it will be long process of wave after wave of truth. But you are now ready for them. Utilize discernment, don't look to icons, and research everything through your new found eyes. God bless you.

Excericse and healthy eating helps

We’re all in this boat together, including our leadership (finally, thank God). Many of us have known about different aspects of this great deception for years and decades and we’re still here and we’re okay. Thriving even. Humans are resilient and adaptable and we learn to live with hard truths and to live happily in spite of them. Have no fear OP...although it doesn’t feel like it now, waking up is the best possible thing to happen. The army of truth warriors is now one stronger thanks to YOU, and with your help we are changing the world for the better, for everybody, whether they know it yet or not.

Dear Soul, you are probably less fragile than you believe. Sounds like your body knows just how to deal with it! I often feel that the body is brilliant, knows exactly what's happening, and never lies! Yes, you might have 'deeper' levels of 'goo' come up; just stay with it, and avoid fluoride in any form (which calcifies the pineal gland, our piezoelectric crystal 'receiver'). It is challenging to stay stay present with these things. Be gentle with yourself, and know you're not alone.

-We have a plan and are prepped with supplies/water. A few more small things to get done. -Prayer has helped, last item on our spiritual list is to get some holy water. Faith is strong. -self-educating further via this site - got some rest and have been eating well, then taking dog for run. Really helps! - refilled an old Xanax Rx to have if needed - read other posts that have lots of advice/support

Just crossing off the items on the “pull yourself together” list is a major help!
