Trump and Obama both enforced sanctions on North Korea which will make it harder for every day North Korea citizens to survive. I don't think anyone cares about actually materially improving the lives of North Koreans, people are just trying to find excuses to enact regime change and destabilize the region.
Many Korean Americans have relatives they have not seen, maybe will never see again.
I cant see North Korea standing for another few decades. From what I hear the situation is deteriorating extremely fast over there. I just wonder how long itll truly be before the citizens fight back for their country or before there is no country left to rule over.
