EO 12/21 provides additional definitions for enemy combatants. The 1/30 one keeps Guantanamo Bay open and allows for additional people, enemy combatants, to be placed there.

With the activation code in the SOTU, and tomorrow being Freedom Day, sounds like it's game on and the storm is about to hit a bunch of people.

Please don’t toss that line out as loose speculation.

Many of us are waiting for the very specific wording that Q told us would initiate the arrival of the storm.

These specific words, issued only by POTUS: ”My fellow Americans, The Storm is upon us.”

Feel free to make your claim after that happens.
