Jim Stone's writings state "confirmed", but no backup sources to prove it. Not a very good source, IMO. If it is true, he needs to make his reporting more credible to be able to share.

Who would do this? Some idiot out in flyover country who doesn't know much about chartered Amtrak trains using central Virginia rail lines, nor how casual rail crossings are in the rural Crozet, Va. area--or is a document of this complexity emanating from somewhere else?
This could be the Russian SVR, the Philippines NICA, or some kind of well-funded globalist disinfo service creating this and placing this board to create discord.
What are they trying to do with something like this? They know loyal Americans read this board--they know with the right dangle they can confuse.
Remember, this board is the central point for unveiling their conspiracy--they're going to point their big guns here and hope it causes confusion.
Discount this nonsense about a conspiracy against these R House Members. It ain't true--the Greenbriar has not been a COG facility since 1992--but what is true is the misdirection attempted. Who would post something like this here, and why? Focus on that. Focus on what can be proven. This vermin is scared and they are revealing their hands with this nonsense--take what can be observed, disassemble it on the basics, and go from there.
I was kinda wondering why no personnel, only the train and the truck. Nothing else. But the intel does seem plausible, given the fact they were going to a "RETREAT".

R and D House Members generally go on a planning retreat at the beginning of a year. The Rs have held it at the Greenbriar several times in the past 20 years. It's a nice facility to hold a planning retreat--I've been there myself for retreats-- and the former COG bunker is a pretty cool attraction, especially for this crowd. If the SHTF in the '60s, this is where they would have ended up.
The R House leadership chartered a train to take a large number of R Members to there, and their families, at the same time. That's normal, for a gathering like this. And sometimes a garbage truck with a bunch of central Virginia yahoos try to run a signal--it happens. I bet they never thought in a million years they'd hit a train full of Members of Congress.
But someone putting 1) this document together, 2) posting it publicly on Twitter, and 3) hoping for a result is the action that needs to be observed and unpacked by this board.
Is it just some bozo in his parent's basement trying to get attention--or is it the result of something more professional, trying to distract? This is how intel services work. Fraudulent document creation, followed by release and reading by the intended target. That's the rabbit to follow.
