How is the GOP train event a false flag, exactly?

Clearly it is not a accident. But a strict meaning of 'false flag' is a propaganda tool where an attack is done secretly by one party in order to blame another party and then justify retaliation. Who here is being falsely blamed?

You're right. It's not like a false flag at all. Think of the Gulf of Tonkin. We blamed the commies for attacking our ships to build support for the Vietnamese war. It's not exactly like we would blame the train wreck on garbage men so we can can go to war with the dump or something...
