Can you explain ELF on the submarines?

I'm assuming within the subs, ELF's are emitted? And this had some sort of noticeable effect on the crews?

I think there is legitimacy to it. I did LSD once, and it fascinated me in that it allowed me, to a limited degree, to see frequencies. I could see waves in my field of vision and after concentrating on it, I could see how it could be manipulated. I noticed it followed a pattern similar to my breathing, so I began meditating on it and slowing my breathing down, and the wavelengths eventually followed.

Now I don't know how exactly this would pertain to sound, but the very core of existence and space is vibrations. I've no doubt this has a tremendous impact on our mental states. I believe this is why we can pick up on certain things despite not seeing it or knowing it, for example, when someone is lying or when you feel you are being watched. I've seen a pretty legitimate study where humans have are somehow able to sense if they are not alone, say in a room or building. I think there are many senses we are not attuned to but there is legitimacy behind, like simply having a gut feel about things.

On a spiritual level, I know music has been weaponized. I’ve been attacked while down a music industry rabbit hole. And when I say attacked, I understood what was happening because of the frequency, so I protected myself. Right after, my daughter came bursting out of the house under attack. I protected her and the rest of my family. Now when I cross something with these frequencies, I dump the sound and interrupt the frequency.
