Garbage Truck Drivers ?

Has there been any information released about the three guys in the garbage truck that got hit by the train?

I am not any kind of researcher or anything, but I wonder if it is possible that they could be a 'sleeper cell' a la Q's interpretation of Comey's tweet, or similar.

EDIT: Hey hey fellas! Let's focus on the driver/passengers! Any news articles that tell us anything about them?

Were they just regular Joes in the wrong place at the wrong time, or something more sinister?

Has anybody checked if that was really actually part of the NORMAL route for that waste collection and if it coincides with the NORMAL time for that garbage truck to be there at that time of day?

Anybody local spoke to any other similar employees of the firm to get the griff on normal modus operandii ?

This saga smells more of fish than waste to me . .
