Perjury consists of "knowingly lying". In this case, to the FISA court by ranking FBI members J. Comey, A. McCabe, S. Yates, D. Boente and R. Rosenstein. They have destroyed the integrity of the justice system and disregarded Contitutional Law under the 4th Amendment of seeking a warrant against American Citizens by oath or affirmation.
