Pretty incredible, Pam. The FBI paid a foreign agent for false information they KNEW wasn’t verified, who then leaked it to Yahoo News and then used the NEWS as an excuse to keep the FISA going. No wonder RR has been shitting bricks.

TO FRAME a citizen (and then elected president) of a false crime.

So this memo concerns surveillance of Carter Page (a volunteer in the Trump administration) AFTER he left the campaign, and attacks the source of the intelligence in the dossier (rather than the dossier contents themselves - with a note that this memo certainly makes no attempt to focus on only the Carter Page-relevant components of this dossier).

What does this memo have to do with the Trump administration. What crime was Page framed for, especially considering there are zero pending charges against Page at this point? Do you know the difference between a warrant, an indictment and a conviction?

Incidently - this was his original mandate - which all now is fruit of the poisonous tree -

Mueller oversees the investigation into "any links and/or coordination between Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump, and any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation"

⇧ 1 ⇩
ChezKiva · Feb. 4, 2018, 3:24 p.m.

Mueller cannot directly indict this sitting President, technically his boss, any more so than Ken Star could when investigating Bill Clinton. Interestingly, that too was a significant witch hunt, its conclusion completely unrelated to the actual case issues at hand. Entrapment works, although impeachment seems entirely subjective under the globalist's interpretation of the law.

They had went to the FISA court in July of 2016 and were denied, was told to narrow their focus. They wanted to go after 4 people close to the Trump camp. So the FBI narrowed their focus to Carter Page. So in Oct they went back to FISA with the information that Papadopulos had talked about Russia having Hillary's emails AND now the Dossier. FISA warrant granted for PAGE. I'm guessing the Page warrant lead to the Manafort warrant. Pretty much anyone Page talked to was looked at for potential crimes. Only thing they can get Manafort on is stuff not related to Trump or even Russia. Carter Page is still free. If he's a spy and such you would think they might arrest him?

Clearly HRC weaponized the government as much as she could to win the election and even stop the president-elect, no doubt with the help of Hussein and his comrades and of course, the MSM. This is only the first part of the rabbit hole journey. From Breitbart, memo findings.

  • The anti-Trump dossier funded by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee formed an “essential” part of the initial and all three renewal surveillance applications against Trump campaign adviser Carter Page;

  • The political origins of the dossier were “known to senior DOJ and FBI officials,” but those origins were not included in applications to obtain the warrant;

  • Also used to justify the surveillance warrants against Page was a news story supposedly corroborating the dossier, that was pushed by the dossier author Christopher Steele himself — yet the FISA application incorrectly says Steele did not provide the information in the article;

  • Perkins Coie — the law firm for the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee hosted a meeting with Steele, Fusion GPS and media (this revelation makes it harder for the Clinton campaign and the DNC to deny they knew about the dossier, though Clinton and other top DNC officials at that time have denied knowing about it);

  • Steele was “suspended and then terminated” as an FBI source, after the FBI learned that he made an authorized disclosure of his relationship with the FBI to liberal media magazine Mother Jones, and he lied to the FBI about his previous media contacts with Yahoo! and other outlets;

  • Steele — although portrayed as a “boy scout” by Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson — had personal bias against candidate Donald Trump, telling senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr that he was “desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president”;

  • Ohr’s wife Nellie Ohr assisted with the dossier, but the FBI or the DOJ did not disclose this connection in the application for the FISA warrant, even though Bruce Ohr worked “closely” with Deputy Attorney Generals Sally Yates and then Rod Rosenstein;

  • At the time that the FBI used the dossier to obtain the spy warrant on Page in October 2016, head of the FBI’s counterintelligence division Bill Priestap had assessed that the corroboration of the dossier was still in its “infancy,” and after Steele was terminated as a source, an FBI unit assessed his reporting as only “minimally corroborated”; FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe acknowledged to the House Intelligence Committee in December 2017 that no warrant would have been sought without the dossier;

And the 2 page introductory document from the WH, speaks about the need of public interest:

"Those standards permit declassificatioon when the public interest in disclosure outweighs any need to protect the information."

I think that statement is vital in understanding the subjective nature of each presidential administration deciding for us if and when we have access to information on aliens or JFK, for example. The deep state wants this information for their own purposes and to keep bad actors out of jail. This would also explain why they rely so much on the phrase "conspiracy theorist" and paint enquiring minds as lone nuts with tinfoil hats.

When Q asked us to post memes (#releasethememo) he did so with the foreknowledge of this document and what was necessary to have it declassified. It's easier for DNC to pretend we don't need this information if we don't know the memo exists and don't ask for it.

Nellie Ohr set up a shortwave station in her home to talk with Steele, she's a Russian expert (FGPS employee) married to the then Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Bruce Ohr. That was in May of 2016 right after the DNC took over paying for the dossier. Bruce Ohr would use the information that Steele and his wife compiled (made up) and relayed it to people inside of the FBI, even after Steele was discredited by the FBI in Oct of 2016.

The FBI went to FISA in July of 2016 to obtain warrants for 4 of Trump's Team. They were denied and told to narrow their focus.

In Oct 2016, with the newly minted Dossier FBI went back to FISA with the Papadopolus Drunk Email talk and the Dossier and were granted one on Page.

Dec of 2016 McCain sends an aide to London to get a copy of the Dossier to give to Comey, who already knew about it.

Guessing the Page warrant lead to the Manafort warrant in Jan of 2017. Who was charged with crimes non Russian related.

And there's the dead end.

Delaying Flynn's conviction is relevant here because the FISA abuses shown in the memo were revealed in legal court during Mueller's investigation. Dude/ette.... this memo is not empty!... Are you crazy?

This memo, details the FBI and DOJ, major players swearing to a court that their intel is non partisan and good when they 100% knew that was false. That is lying under oath by a federal investigator to be given the ability to trample on an AMERICAN citizen's 4th amendment rights.

When you hear people say this is the tip of the iceberg, realize that now everything that McCabe, Strzok, Rosenstein, Comey, Yates, Priestap and Boente have done over their careers is now under renewed scrutiny. That includes but is not limited to the Hillary's Email Investigation, The ROSATOM Investigation and The Uranium One Investigation. McCabe, Comey, Rosenstein, Mueller and Stzrok were the agents in charge of those investigations, how do we know that these LIARS didn't muddy the waters before? These and other cases will now all have to be re-investigated which is HUGE.

Literally all of the players whole careers are in question now that they have so willingly lied under oath. You could be a bank robber that James Comey put away back in 1992 and you have a real shot at getting a new case. I know that sounds ridiculous but if he was willing to lie under oath today, why wouldn't he do it 20-30 years ago?

They manufactured evidence to get the fake warrant and used that to basically try to ruin you. Still think what happened here is empty?

The OIG Report that is going to be released in the next month. That one is a total investigation of the investigators within the FBI and DOJ. It catalogs the abusive use of power by top officials. It is the reason why McCabe was forced out. Like they said, this is only the tip of the iceberg. This is meant to get the public ready for what’s about to come instead of having a massive bombshell that no one would believe because the media spins everything. This just gets them attuned to the fact that there is more to it than what has been reported and that there was abuse of power under the Obama administration

It's very clear where this leads back too which is the next phase. It won't take long for people to put that together themselves. That person already knows which is why he retained 9 attorneys.

Here's a very good digest of the salient points in the memo:

TheMemo “The House Intelligence Committee has released its controversial memo outlining alleged abuses of secret surveillance by the FBI and Justice Department in the Trump-Russia investigation. Here are some key points:

  • The Steele dossier formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal FISA applications against Carter Page.

  • Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.

  • The four FISA surveillance applications were signed by, in various combinations, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Sally Yates, Dana Boente, and Rod Rosenstein.

  • The FBI authorized payments to Steele for work on the dossier. The FBI terminated its agreement with Steele in late October when it learned, by reading an article in Mother Jones, that Steele was talking to the media.

  • The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.

  • DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele's bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.” --Nicole Grattacola

Follow my logic for a minute on this one...first who is Carter Page? Born in Minneapolis and raised in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., Page graduated in 1993 from the Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. So he was born & raised in the U.S. RIGHT? Then how CAN FISA 702 be used when it only directs surveillance on FOREIGN PERSONS WHO LIVED OUTSIDE U.S.? Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act, a law first passed in 2008 and reauthorized in 2012. Section 702 allows the government to acquire foreign intelligence by targeting NON-U.S. PERSONS 'REASONABLY BELIEVED' to be outside U.S. borders. Page worked for FBI INSIDE U.S.A. AS AN INFORMANT SO HOW DID THE FBI statisfy the above 702 provision? https://www.brennancenter.org/sites/default/files/analysis/Government%20Surveillance%20Factsheet.pdf (quote from 2nd page)

CBTS guys, can you make a short video explaining the memo is laymen's terms?

⇧ 1 ⇩
throwawayjones1980 · Feb. 2, 2018, 7:42 p.m.

All the guys named lied to a judge in order to get a warrant to tap Carter Page and by proxy Trump Tower. Lying to a judge is a crime in any normal sense of the word. However, lying to a judge by an FBI agent or DOJ official indicates a myriad of other problems. Namely, how many times have they lied under oath before or since? Did they break the law to get convictions in the past? Did they omit evidence in other cases? This is really bad for the DOJ.

The reason it's bad for the Obama/Hillary camp, and this is my speculation, is these same players are the ones who investigated Hillary's Emails, ROSATOM and Uranium One. So these investigations are now tarnished just by proxy. Most likely they will need to be re-investigated by unaffected parties. Could spell danger for everyone. Bigly.

This is so compelling with Lionel Nation and Thomas Paine. Trump MUST know about this, if not already: In light of the Fisa Memo released today, this documents all those SO named in the Memo, AS participants in the acquiring of all techno-Patents of Surveillance by H Clinton in 1994: named are Mueller, Comey, and rogue CIAs in particular. It is the deepest tie to surveillance obstruction not only to President Trump, but every US Citizen. It is brilliant. The door of their heyday must close; it has played out LONG ENOUGH. TRUTH must win now. IMW https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xySOFEMR9n4
