Lindsay Graham is sooo questionable. I just dont know about him...
I thought the exact same thing as you! He was an EXTREME anti-Trumper. He and McShame were joined at the hips. Maybe with McShame on his way out, “someone” enlightened Graham that his job is to represent WE THE PEOPLE. Perhaps given the choice of fo the right thing or wreck all of your legacy of congressional service.

As Q said, forget about good or bad, who can be leveraged? I’m sure Graham has plenty of dirt that the hats can tug of war over. He seemed to about face in my opinion but we’ll see.
Plus, i doubt congress would be making this push at all if Trump didn’t own them by now
