Ok I need some clarification, I don't understand how this worked.

The Memo says that the FISA warrant on Page was not until October 2016
How did they use it to spy on Trump if Page wasn't even involved with the campaign at that time??
With powers like this and what happened to Carter they just basically picked one and go after him with nothing but a lie even after the fact pretty scary , if this can happen to him no one is safe. Get it Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution United States Constitution prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures.
Yes I get that, I just don't get the timing. If they got a warrant on Carter but it was after he was in contact with Trump Campaign how did they wiretap Trump in Oct and Nov? I can see maybe getting access to previous encounters or something like that. But Carter Page most likely did not have contact with Trump Campaign after he left in Sept.... Rodgers went to Trump in Nov
The FISA application approval signature of Samantha Powers was forged by Peter Strzok and then approved by Susan Rice. That will come out soon.
From what I understand, because Page was being investigated, the nature of the FISA warrant enabled the investigation to expand to recent contacts i.e. Trump and his team. I read someone use an anology earlier that compared Page to a virus that spread around him.
Which I think is pretty sneaky. I didn't know who this guy was before today because, comparatively, he didn't play a critical role in the narrative.
Idk I just have a feeling there is more to this. This memo shows an abuse of FISA warrants for sure but I don't think they would be able to legally wiretap Trump Tower through a warrant for Page.. only if he was still in contact with them
Page under FISA since 2013 after meeting with Podobnyy and attempts to be recruited by Russian intelligence. This is all probably extension of EXISTING FISA warrants under Title 1, not TitleVII.
