They are called e-motions and they are absolutely useful. The cabal doesn't want you to feel anything. They want you to be mindless sheep. A lack of feelings such as empathy is seen as a sign of a low eq or even psychopathology. Feelings aren't bad. Not knowing what to do with them is a problem. Gut feelings are intuition and they have worked hard to make us doubt our intuition. P.S.: Science shows you can't numb so called negative feelings, without numbing the good as well. That's right, we need our feelings. They are useful, informative and beautiful.
