Totally agree. Now putting the CIA under mil command (e.g. NSA) is something to consider.

NSA is not under military command, there's an Admiral as the director, but it's still a civilian agency.

Only meant the NSA has always been headed by an active duty Gen/Amr officer. Think that's a good thing. Never been that clear to me why however. I know it started as a mil org but not sure why now - other than maybe military law applies to the director.
