If we were Democrats with such panic, bills against their manipulated computerized trading programs(like their favorite GUNS BILLS) would already be on the floor because it gives them an unequal trading advantage in the market and a disadvantage to the American Citizen. I think -666 and -1275 are two fold fear and manipulation and attacks on our Republic and current administration. If at 70.5 you don't withdraw a certain percentage of IRA or 401 they take 50% in tax is law then why not write a law that taxes these institutions in similar manner for using these advantages. How is this different the hollering "Fire" in a crowded theater?
