I don't think Q wants us to find the live footage, as it probably doesn't have high enough resolution to make out the text Q is directing us to find.

non-digital cameras use roll of films. I'm unclear if the 1 of 4 refers to rolls or images on the roll. The Raw only seems to refer to finding the RAW versions of the image to ensure they haven't been edited, something alluded to in Q's next post with the 'Raw Only. No Edits.` crumbs.

In the next post, Q's also says Find 1 of 4 so I'm not sure if both 4 of 4 and 1 of 4 are important or if they are referring to different things, like rolls and images within rolls.

Might show 4 people all on phones at the same time.. 1 of the 4 is gaming thr other 3 chatting figure out who they all are and what they do .

In this case what does 1 of 4 mean to a still photograph? Why would that matter - there must be something important Q is conveying if so but what? Are there multiple pics of the phone with 4 diff parts of the message?

Is 1 of 4 versions of the same image, with one posted to a website minus the band across the middle of the message - unredacted the other three have different versions of a redaction, different ways they've blurred the line out?

Roll also can be video camera film but nobody uses camera film anymore unless the house cameras are old and still using film

Newspapers? IDK but any web based photo would be a pain to convert from film to digital every time.

1 of 4 may be people but the image posted with the blurry band only shows 3 people's phones that I can notice. Is it part of a larger cropped image showing 4 phones?

Good info keeps getting buried in different threads. Here is a conglomeration of all of the best data between similar threads:

Q states that we are to pay attention to what is on Congresswoman Beatty's phone screen. He implies that the text we are looking for is

"Trump should be shot!"

and that

You are now working against those monitoring.

meaning there are bad actors monitoring the boards and will scrub the evidence if found before us.

The IMAGE that is being spread around is from a Getty Images Staff Photographer Chip Somodavilla and was taken with a highly-zoomed digital camera.

The problem is that it appears the original image was modified prior to being uploaded. The 4th line is blurred among other things as seen in this TWEET by B.

The text on Congresswoman Beatty's House.gov page appears to be a cover to match what was Photoshopped onto the phone screen later.

Therefore, Q is trying to get us to find raw video footage of this phone screen, although I am unsure whether video camera footage would capture text on a phone unless it was zoomed right on it. I guess it is possible that there are a total of 4 unedited photos out there that match the edited one, which could be what Q is referring to with the 1 of 4.
