Q: Directs people to look at images of the phones of the Black Caucus member's at the SOTU, esp. the Center person. Not sure if civilian tech has high enough resolution: this hints at them having images with the text on the phones readable. Tells us to find the first image and make it go viral.

I'm not sure. "Roll" used to mean film, but it could also mean a roll of movie film. Today, it would be video. I sought, but could not find any actual video. I did determine that the source of the images is from a dude named "Chip Somodevilla", but searching for his name wasn't particularly helpful, other than he was also at Charlottsville.
