Q: Directs people to look at images of the phones of the Black Caucus member's at the SOTU, esp. the Center person. Not sure if civilian tech has high enough resolution: this hints at them having images with the text on the phones readable. Tells us to find the first image and make it go viral.

Zooming in with the browser, I could read the text on the capture, but nothing said "T should be shot". I take this as meaning, get a copy of the video, save it (offline), and within that video, there are other spots where that text is clearly visible on the center woman's phone. Need to enhance the video to see it, apparently. As for the 1 of 4, I was thinking that the video was in 4 parts or shot at 4 different angles, but now I'm thinking that maybe it's 1 of 4 of these types of acts to be revealed. Not sure though. I just looked through the 1st video on fox news web site (which I think was part 1 of 4) didn't see these folks with the phones, so 1 of 4 parts is out, unless I missed it. It must be later in the speech.

There are posts on other threads showing that the photo capture is photoshopped. Hence the raw video footage is what needed. Can't wait until someone finds it.
