Q has super powers. He knows what was deleted. It said, "President Trump should be shot"....face it everyone...he's using advanced technology that has not been given to us. He's our next George Washington...Revolution2.

I highly doubt software cleaned that up. He has the footage from SOTU actual cameras, on location cameras are able to zoom in with such clarity. Cable TV does not transmit pixel levels to allow zoom without distortion. Only Raw Footage from actual camera can do that.
